Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask if they want the massage for Theraputic or relaxation purposes. I ask a few important question Such as, Do have any injuries or recent surgeries? Is there a specific area where You hold tension? Just to get a quick review and put a plan into action. Each client has different needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school in San Jose, CA. At Everest College I was the last class that graduated from that school before they went out of business. I had an amazing teacher who was from West Africa who specialized in Holistic medicine. We learned the difference between eastern and western medicine. Had many modalities such as Shiatsu, Swedish, Trigger point, Deep Tissue and Thai massage.

If your looking to relax, refresh and revamp Im your Pro. I have healing hands.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
You don't have to do much thinking. I will ask all the necessary Questions to provide them with excellent care. How long of a massage would you like. Are you sore? Please tell me about your aches and pains. What is your main goal from this massage? Are you looking to relieve pain or stress? Things of that nature. Is there any areas that are an absolute No No's. I've had clients that don't like there feet touched and things of that sort. Areas that could be triggers to a bad experience. I want you to be totally comfortable and know that you are in safe hands.
