I specialize is Swedish style massage. My pressure is medium to firm with deep pressure applied to certain trouble areas needing release. I am certified in Prenatal massage as well.
I love helping people feel more relaxed and have better range of motion throughout.

We discuss medical history, trouble spots, areas that aren't okay to work on,pressure and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was educated at Remington College in Honolulu, HI and have my license since 2013. I am licensed in California and do have my liability insurance through AMTA.

Massage has always been intriguing to me. I've worked in a few different spas and realized that massage has always been my calling.

I work with all types of clients. Elderly, pregnant, bodybuilders, office workers, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask lots of questions about their style and make sure your massage expectations and the therapist's routine match up.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Think about their medical history and be honest when sharing it. Some issues won't allow a therapist to work on you so they might recommend you get your doctor's permission first.
