I am an excellent massage therapist and bodyworker. I believe that massage and stretching is the foundation to a strong healthy body, decreasing stress stuck in the muscles and bringing the body, mind and spirit back into homeostasis. I believe that as we age we should gently increase body workouts, including massage, swimming, stretching and core work. I believe that when you are feeling good you radiate health and peacefulness and it's contageous. I do a form of Reiki called The Radiance Technique that brings wholeness to your body, mind and spirit for whatever ails you. I design a health program around your needs and modify as we go forward.
I love to see people feel better almost immediately after a session with me. I like to bring a healing and a positive attitude with me to every job. I love working on all types of bodies and love the challenge that comes with each new client. I love the sense of bringing community to everyone, especially living in a big city where people tend to isolate themselves. Everyone needs to be touched to stay connected to themselves and other humans and massage and energy work is a way that can be accomplished.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with someone new I start with a thorough intake form. This lets me know if the client is currently under a doctors care, if they are taking any prescriptions that would contra-indicate for a treatment, and a general background of their medical history and current state of health.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a gratduate of SOCHI, Southern California Health Institute. I hold a current Californial Massage Therapist Certificate/License. I am also a Certified Therapeutic Cupping Therapist with ACE CUPPING. I am a level 2 Radiance Technique Authentic Reiki Practitioner, I offer enery work to facilitate an energy healing of body, mind, spirit.

No, I do not have a standard pricing system, although I stay within a general dollar amount for my services and then ammend depending on the length of the treatment or service.
