have 24 experience, Swedish Massage base with a focus on Sports Massage. Pre/Post even warm ups and cool down with emphasis on recovery. Deep tissue, Stretching, Trigger Point work, Reflexology and dabble in some Cranial work. I also specialize in Neck and shoulder work. I will always tailor our sessions to what your needs are and will do everything in my power to accommodate them. My clients appreciate my honesty and the ability to ask me anything without judgement.
