Maia is an excellent and expert therapist. She is a rare type of therapist who understands the importance of psoas release in relation to low back/hip pain. I received amazing work from Maia. I went to see her and not only did she help me get rid of tension I was holding in my back and chest she helped me relax. She was able to work my shoulders and arms too which seemed to have a chain effect on my back and chest. Very clean and professional. She knows terminology for muscles and body movement which made me feel I was in the hands of someone who knew what they were doing.

I work at Trader Joes and consistently find myself dealing with muscle and back pain after long weeks of work especially during our busy season. Funny enough, I met Maia while working and serving food samples in demo. Didnt know she was a massage therapist at first but she seemed genuinely concerned when I was describing the pain I was experiencing and then offered her services in a way a good friend would be there to help you when you need them most. Was nervous at first never having gone for massage therapy before, but Maia really made the entire process feel very comfortable and safe. I may be a bit biased because of this but I can honestly swear by her services. Even with short notice, shes helped me on numerous occasions. Everytime she works her magic on me I have an out of body experience and come back more relaxed and at peace than I thought possible. Cant say enough about how grateful I am to be able to rely on someone like this when it comes to my physical well being. Thanks Maia!
