What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first visit is the most important. It the learning session. Learning what muscles you use mostly. Learning your pressure. Learning your relaxation style. I recommend a 90 min massage would be most advantageous if you have an area of concern. In those 90 mins we will focus on your pain while also relaxing the rest of body. That can most definitely be accomplished in a 1 hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lumbar Release- low back glute pain.
Shoulder Release - neck and shoulder pain.
Lymphatic - Light massage to improve circulation.
Sports - stretching faster paced.
