What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk over the phone to see if we are a right fit for the clients needs and goals. If we are the proper fit for each other, we schedule an appointment for the inital session. We ask that the client is 15 minutes early for the first appointment for paper work and intake. Then onto the session focusing on the goals or problem areas, where communication is key for the best treatment! Ending the session, allowing time for feed back, questions, and discussion of future goals.
