About
I am a professional therapist. I went to school and studied sports massage/wellness. I have a lot of experience with time on body and can combine different modalities that make the whole body feel better in the long run. I don't believe in one modality fits all perspective because everybody is different. Sometimes it's a culmination of two or even three different modalities that can give the ultimate result.
Meeting different kinds of people. I believe masssage should be a part of everyone's wellness program. It is not a luxury it is a necessity to combat the everyday stresses of life on your body. When massage becomes a necessity and reoccurring regimen you will find that you have a lot less body aches and pains. You show up better in life to the people who need you and care about you. You're better at giving 100 percent to all things that matter because self care is a must and not a luxury. I myself get a two hour massage each week and I swear by it for quality of life and keeping me sane.😉
