I attended the Arizona School of Integrative Studies in 2020. I received my license in September of 2020. I have over 5 years of experience helping my clients beat their aches and pains. In 2023 I took a 200-hr yoga teacher training to expand my knowledge of the body.

I have had the pleasure of working with individuals of all walks of life. Clients typically come to me for therapeutic or clinical bodywork. We work together to reach your goals. Whether that be to rest your mind and body or heal from an injury or surgery; or all the above.

In my experience as a licensed massage therapist I have realized the power of regular bodywork. Massage is not a luxury to "treat" yourself to. Massage is a powerful tool, if used correctly can help keep you at your best.
