Finding out what brings you the new customer to be seeking massage therapy in your life is #1. Typically having the new customer fill out information form and policy notes to review. Customizing a session to fit your goals and outcomes. Offering rescheduling suggestions based on the customers goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The last time count, over 35,000 Educational hours in the Art of Massage Therapy. Specialize in, muscle response work, reflexology, myofascial work because with these three Modalities I can pretty much customize any session for you.

How did you get started in this business?
I got started in the business/ art of massage in 1989 after attending massage school in Michigan. Truly to help people manage stress and muscle tensions, to help give a better quality of health in peoples lives.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My typical customer is looking for a better quality in their day-to-day life. Whether it's from reduction of stress(Relaxation) or more therapeutic work to reduce pain and increase movement. Each Session is customizable to the customer.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Love the creation of Art. My most recent project is taking the blank backyard wall and creating a river rock and Shiny bead Mosaic.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When looking for a massage therapist please find someone who fits YOU. Customized a session for you, addressing what pressures and outcomes you're looking for.
