With over ten years of experience, each treatment is customized to the client's spcific needs and preferences. A typical treatment incorporates firm pressure and facilitated movement (gentle stretching), which allows deep therapy without discomfort.
Upon request, hot stones, essential oils, theragun, or barefoot massage techniques may also be applied. Special requests must be placed in advance to ensure that the therapist has appropriate materials available at the time of service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can expect their therapist to arrive a few minutes early to set-up and a spend a moment discussing goals and expectations for the session. Has the client received treatments before? What are they feeling in their body today? What would they like to get out of the session? After this brief introduction, the therapist will step out to wash hands, while the client undresses to an appropriate level for treatment, and gets situated under covers on the treatment table. Although most treatments are delivered in a quiet space, clients are strongly encouraged to express needs and preferences at any time.

Graduate of 1000 hour Massage Therapy program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.

$120/hr, plus a $25 travel & set-up fee per visit within the east valley.
Travel & Set-Up Fee is waived for visits that are 90 minutes or longer. Additional fees may apply for appointments outside the immediate service area.
Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and Zelle are accepted. Credit card processing is available through Square as well. Need a different payment option? Just ask!

During my coursework to become a yoga instructor, I realized that I wanted to deepen my relationship with body/mind wellness. I quickly developed a passion for hands on care that incorporates facilitated movement and gentle stretching with more traditional massage techniques. For over ten years, I have been providing quality massage services in homes and offices, in addition to serving clients in spas and medical facilities.
