About
There is no shortage of massage therapists in Chandler, AZ and the Phoenix metro area! But where is all the QUALITY BODYWORK? When you need a real massage, for pain and stress relief, and to help correct structural issues, the typical flowing massage with kneading and pressing is just NOT going to be enough! With my massage, you get detailed bodywork, still with plenty of the relaxing, flowing techniques, but combined with deep tissue, trigger point, and stretching techniques to really address and help correct your trouble areas. I only do customized therapeutic massage and bodywork, so you will not find a fancy sounding menu on this site with different modalities to choose from. Many clients do not know what all those fancy sounding massages are all about, so they tend to choose based on their mood and what sounds nice at the time. But massage should be based on your actual NEEDS. It's your hard earned money and time to renew and escape the stresses of life, so your session should do more than just "help" you....it should renew and transform your body! To help discover what your needs are, you should be assessed by a therapist like me, with 15 years experience giving truly therapeutic, corrective massages. Effective techniques from many different modalities will be used in your therapy session. I will ask you what your expectations and goals for the massage are, and where you hold the most discomfort and stress. I will assess your body before and during the massage so I discover what other areas are contributing to your structural issues as well, but the most time in the massage is always spent on the areas where you request focused work. This is massage that is focused, and gets to the point, but some time is still spent addressing the full body, so you feel totally renewed and have longer lasting results, as doing spot treatments (only focusing on one or two areas), is not enough to give you the restoration you really need and deserve!
Making clients feel better, taking care of pain they have not been able to alleviate otherwise, and allowing them this comfort in their own home. It is always great to meet new, friendly people.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions to determine your expectations and goals for the massage session. I always make sure most of the massage time is geared towards the areas of the body where you need focus. I like to know about past experiences with massages and what kind of techniques have gotten you good results before.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in 2004-2005, in Scottsdale. It later became Cortiva Massage School. My continuing education since my primary massage program has been mostly focused on massage techniques for pain relief/medical massage/myofascial release.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My mobile massage base rates begin at $70/hr, $100/hr and a half, and $120/2 hrs. That is the rate for those living close to me, I'm in the downtown Chandler area. I travel Valleywide for clients, and my rates are based on distance.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked on everyone. From children under 10 to seniors over 80. All body types. People who need massage for pain relief are my ideal clients, but I work with people just needing massages to relax too. I've worked on hard working professionals with pain from their jobs, be they physical jobs or office, sitting at a desk all day. I work on busy parents, active/athletic people, people with medical conditions and considerations, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please verify that you are hiring a licensed massage therapist by asking for their license #, you can search the AZ State Board of Massage site by license number or name. Also be specific about what your reasons for needing massage are, as well as what areas of the body you need focus on, and what your previous massage experiences have been like. That way the therapist will know of their style of massage is the right fit, and can begin visualizing a course of action and massage techniques that will work for you.
