Serving trauma surviors with a combinadtion Cognitive Behavior Therapy, MBCT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
I am a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC), Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider (BCTHP), and I have a doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision (I teach graduate students how to become counselors). I am trained in EMDR.
The quality of the psychotherapy relationship is the biggest predictor of a postive outcome in psychotherapy. So the quality of our working relationship is a critical factor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An individual calls in and we have a brief (under 15 minute) discussion and review of what is going on, this helps the individual make a decision about scheduling an appointment or requesting a referral to someone else.. An appointment is scheduled within the next 5 days or a referral to other sources is made.
