I began my massage therapy journey after suffering from tension headaches and realizing that massage is the only thing that really helps to give me relief. I have lived in the panhandle of Florida for roughly 12 years and has 15 years of experience as a massage therapist. Specializing in deep tissue and relaxing Swedish massage, I enjoy helping others by reducing muscle tension and relieving stress while tailoring each massage to the client's particular need.
