I apply my knowledge of the body, muscles, movement and range of motion to achieve maximum relief concerning my clients goals. I have been a massage therapist for four years and have continued my studies through continuing education. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist.
I primarily focus on myofascial release, myofascial therapy, and neuromuscular therapy to support optimal movement for the client.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have a client that has metal plates in her lower back for my surgery that was from years ago which causes her to pivot from the lumbar area. So she has a forward lean which causes extreme stress on her lumbar pelvis gluteal and hamstring areas. We have a session at least once a month. Every time she gets up feeling better and I can visibly see her standing straighter and she is always overly gracious.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Not every therapist is a match so always go with your gut.
