My name is Christina. I am the provider for all Massage Therapy services and Pilates classes taught. I am a board-certified massage therapist who specializes in the reduction of swelling and pain. I provide safe, effective massage for both men and women. Clients can seek out my services after plastic or orthopedic surgery and also after procedures such as a Mastectomy to help break up the scar tissue that has become painful or stiff and limits range of motion.
I am certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage and have taken the higher level of training to also hold the title of Certified Lymphedema Therapist. Lymphatic drainage coupled with connective tissue massage is some of my favorite and most effective bodywork for clients with Fibromyalgia.
I hold a certification in IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization) and also one in Modern Cupping Therapy. In my 8 years of serving Spokane and providing Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, I have really been grateful for the results these tools have given my clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most people who see me are seeking pain management from either acute or chronic pain issues. We have either an in-person conversation or a phone conversation. When a session is scheduled, the client receives an assessment followed by Massage Therapy- typically 90 minute session to begin.
