I specialize in working with teens and adults, and have experience counseling individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress, trauma, loss, family conflict, adjustment, identity, and relationship issues. I understand how emotional pain and anxiety from real life stressors can feel overwhelming and isolating at times. As your counselor, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I believe that establishing a trusting, therapeutic relationship makes it possible to heal from issues creating distress and interfering with one’s personal goals.
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and am a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist (CGCS). I provide a confidential, Telehealth video platform where we can meet and start working towards healing.
