Seattle Massage School initial training fallowed by 20 years as chiropractic assistant and X-ray technician. Continuing education since 1995 in many specialized methods of therapeutic intervention . Instructor in Reflex Posturology method of assessment.

How did you get started in this business?
Spinal pain flare-ups doing the work of my business, Wauna Wash services, when I was 54 convinced me that I could not keep working until 65 if I could live that long. I chose massage therapy as a career change hopping it would help me understand my problem and continue working. I am now in my 80's and still active.
What types of customers have you worked with?
People from the United Kingdom to Australia and Hog Kong, with unexplained pain problems their health care providers could not explain.

Ask about how they help someone with your pain problem
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Can I explain in detail the nature of my pain, location, frequency and circumstance when it occurs. Am I willing to put in the effort to change what is causing the pain or do I want someone to do it for me. Pain is your body's message to your conscious mind that you have to do something different; if you are not willing to do something different the pain will continue and get worse.
