I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional, certified Substance Abuse Counselor, certified anger and grief specialist and I'm EMDR trained. My counseling approach is personalized to meet your specific needs. I utilize an integrated approach which includes Trauma Informed Care, Person Centered Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, aromatherapy and DBT.

I have a passion for working with individuals, families, and couples addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, Substance use, anger management, self-esteem, trauma, domestic and sexual violence, and relationship difficulties. I’m passionate about helping identify and break the link to generational trauma. I work with adults and adolescence ages 12 to 17 years old.

I enjoy helping others to real their goals, work through their trauma and help them understand that their past does not define them. I'm passionate about helping people understand their worth and become the best version of themselves.
