I have spent many years weight lifting and focusing on personal health and wellness. I saw a need for massage therapy in order to help me recover more quickly, prevent injury, and simply to feel better physically AND emotionally. I spent a year in massage therapy school and practiced the best techniques I use today which include Deep Tissue/ Structural, Swedish, Stretching, Trigger Point therapy.
