About
I am very open and accepting. I combine my education, skills, and personal experiences to demonstrate the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also very attentive and offer supportive validation frequently. I dont believe that individuals should be in therapy long term. Therapy is like maintenance and upkeep for your thoughts and feelings. You go in when you need to, do what is necessary, and get back out there.
I am fascinated about human behavior. I also enjoy reminding myself and my clients that we are all human and make mistakes. I enjoy working with people. I enjoy seeing individuals having an "aha" moment. I have been sharing other's journeys for almost a decade. It is a priviledge and an honor. I take a client's trust very seriously and will do my best to help them find a good fit in a therapist. You can find me at https://headoverheartcounseling.clientsecure.me/
