I provide evening and weekend Psychotherapy to allow you to recieve treatment no matter your schedule. I specialize in Trauma and am trained in EMDR, which can also be provided via Telehealth. What i enjoy about the work that I do is working as a team with my client to select their own evidence based plan of treatment. When the client is invested and a part of selecting their treatment, outcomes are increased. I love walking beside my clients as they move toward change.
