About
As a therapist, one needs a compassionate heart for helping people heal brokenness in their lives, and make lasting changes to live and not just exist. My practice stands by this philosophy. I have worked with hospital and private practice clinical settings providing individual, family, and couples treatment for adolescents', adults', and elders' mental health issues. I have presented workshops on the national, state, and local levels in the areas of family relationship issues, adolescent issues, anxiety and eating disorders
I have completed extensive research on the mental health issues adolescents face. Using this research, I have been able to approach the family counseling setting in a positive way. I am the author of : Academic Success of the Emotionally Disturbed Student.
Watching clients progress and move forward in their life is my passion
