I have been a therapist since 2018 and my goal since then has been to assist others in finding meaning and purpose. Existentialism and somatic psychotherapy pair well together, there is a passion to find the origin of our suffering and stress management. By teaching the body to manage stress we can then have the brain follow and create welcoming and healthier habits!
