Our background allows us to help a wide range of people, our practice focuses primarily on: Individual and Couples Therapy, Interpersonal Relational Issues, Eating Disorders, Addiction Recovery, Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Reduction.

We are trained in several modalities which have been supportive and useful in helping clients. I (Sharon McLendon LPC-S, Practice Founder) am certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Level 1 trained in Somatic Experiencing. Other modalities our counselors have extensive training and experience in are EMDR, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness-based therapies.

I (Sharon McLendon) provide Supervision to individuals earning their LPC Internship hours. Weekly supervision is geared towards feedback and guidance on counseling techniques, application of theories, differential diagnosis and ethics. I find it important to discuss career path goals and can help supervisees in developing plans to reach their career goals.
