About
CoreLife is a woman and veteran owned business, where the foundation is holistic based. We assist in transforming MIND (Hypnosis/EFT Tapping), BODY (Naturopathy, Herbs and Therapetuic Massage Therapy), and Spirit (Spiritual Life Coaching/Meditation) all in the same place.
I love being a Holistic Practitioner and Ordained Minister because I have found no better way to do work that is meaningful and transformative for others while simultaneously transforming, supporting and facilitating my own personal growth and transformation.
Over the past 10 years, I've been helping people to look at the variables that are affecting their behavior (thoughts, emotions and actions) and helping them to respond in different ways. It’s so much fun when the client and I get things figured out and watch what happens.
