What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and greet with 15-30 min. free Counsulatation call.
After needs are estabished. Client will recieve email within 24 hrs. non-medical assement, details and prices , then schedule an appt. online (Zoom. skype. hangouts or messenger), or moblie (privacy of home, office or community setting). We're all set to start!

Dr Varil D. Williams, Ph.D.,is a specialist in the field of leadership development & Certified Christian and Spiritual growth Counselor. She has been helping people tap into the power of human potential with recovery strategies for over 25 years. She is the Founder/ and Director of Heart to Heart Coaching. She enjoys empowering others to accomplish their dreams & goals as evidence of Story telling of personal experiences and testimonials.
Dr. Varil has her doctorate degree in psychology (Walden University), Master’s in Professional Counseling (Spring Arbor University) and Bachelor in social work (Saginaw Valley State University). By completing over 98 hours of specialized training from Biblical studies & Life Skills, Christian Bible Institute, Dr. Williams received her board certification in Christian counseling and therapy in 2015.

How did you get started in this business?
I have also discovered, you can go to school to get your Phd and still be broke. I took the wrong courses, and knew it! I studied the wrong thing, did not participate in practicums, clinical practices or post-doctoral experiences to prepare me for Psychologist. I went to school for economical potential instead of personal fulfillment. I was ignorant, I did not think about the consequences and how it is affecting me in the job market. Yes, I have paid a painful price. The good news is God is turning it around. Starting with Heart to Heart Coaching LLC. This business was born out of pain. In the darkest moment of my life I realized my Will had to be God’s Will. In one day God gave me favor with people. In the end it is revealed, what I thought was the most difficulties in my life God had to show me by turning it around for my Joy!

Heart to Heart Coaching have worked with engaged couples (13 week) Marriage couples, Troubled teens, Relationships. Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Agiesm, Career turning point,and Families.

2019 Heart to Heart coaching and partners were able to bless 5 families for Christmas.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Heart to Heart services are social and human service assistants that help people get through difficult times. We develop, educate, teach, promote, empower. The advice I would give: First and formost you have to build that relationship (Therapist/ client).
It is a proven fact Your Gifts and Talents are the source of your value. Make sure their qualification and expertise match your need.
