What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to use the first session for brief introductions...then VENTING! There is a lot on your mind--let's get it all out and sort the details later!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and Master's from Xavier University in Ohio.
I am also certified in Reality Therapy from the William Glasser Institute.
I have extensive experience using the following therapies:
- DBT
- CBT
- Gottman Couples Counseling
- IFS
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My fee is based off a sliding scale according to combined household income (but I will work with you on the fee. My primary goal is to HELP!)
What types of customers have you worked with?
My strongest work is with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, or challenges making HUGE life changes.
I have also worked with couples, families, and teens.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The biggest question you should ask yourself before reaching out to a professional is: WHAT am I doing RIGHT NOW to get past this challenge and am I doing my BEST?
