We offer collaborative care from a team you can trust. Our multispecialty approach ensures that you get an EXPERT when you call us. Our speciailsts are trained in marriage and couples counseling, trauma recovery, anxiety and depression treatment, stress management, counseling for kids and teens, grief recovery, meditation and psychotherapeutic yoga.
We work as a team, so you get 30 heads for the price of one! Sliding scale, weekend and evening appointments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our intake process involves specific questions about current life situations, therapy goals, and financial and scheduling needs. We match you with the RIGHT therapist for you -- someome who specializes in YOUR issue and is at a price point you can afford and can accommodate your schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a training facility. All of our clinicians receive 4-6 additonal clnicial training hours per week - beyond required licensing training - so that we can provide optimal client care in a collaborative environment.

Our fees range from $35/hour to $225/hour
Since we work in teams, whatever your price point, you will be getting the expertise of our entire team of experienced therapists.
How did you get started in this business?
We started offering creative, collaborative, client-centered therapy in 2000. We now have offices in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Frisco, and Plano/Richardson. Coming soon... Oak Cliff, Southlake, and Grand Rapids, MI.

Our group psychotherapeutic yoga classes are wondderful! Creative ways to calm your nervous system down and help you focus on healthy ways of living!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Hire an expert. Our team thin-slices our specialties so that when you call in for addiction help, you get an expert in addiction -- not just someone who needs a client.

Remember that you are HIRING a therapist. We work for you. Not the other way around. Look for an inviting atmosphere, a team approach, and optimal client care!
