Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an understanding of where they are and where they want to be. Meaning if pain or mobility are an issue, and if their goal is to improve that, I would work on gaining that for my client. If the goal is simply to relax, that's my focus.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for luxury hotels in my state and have been accustomed to guests that expect high caliber service. Search reviews under Fairmont Austin and Fairmont Spa Austin search for GiGi for actual guest comments.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be clear on your session goal. If you have long term issue, it most likely did not happen overnight and will not be corrected overnight. Be committed to self care and follow the regimen your professional has outlined for you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Time to address concerns, whether the treatment will be a focused treatment (work on problem area) or full body treatment, medications and health concerns that may be contraindicated to services, goals for treatment (relaxation, trigger point, deep tissue)
