I have been dealing with unresolved trauma that presents in the form of severe depression and anxiety for years and recently it had gotten so bad that I decided to look for help, I had very little hope of anything changing and going on thervo was a long shot as I usually have been told to search psychology today. I really had no idea what I was looking for but asked the universe to guide me to the right person. Enter Allarah! She has been extremely helpful in just a few sessions. It is obvious that she has many years of experience and she offers very compassionate and practical guidance. She also utilizes a wide variety of tried and true techniques. I have always been nervous to try different things (like hypnotherapy) that get a bad rap for being too alternative or “woo woo” but this woman truly has a gift. I feel very confident that I have finally found the person to help guide me in the process of recovery and achieving my full potential.

It seems to me a very effective therapy, since you can find and reflect on certain aspects that you did not really have in mind. Personally, it has worked very well for me, it helped me a lot to know how to identify what I really want without being afraid of what might ​happen and to focus my mind on more positive and safe thoughts. I am too happy with the result.​

What an Awesome experience! A.J. 's technique is super, I had a deep tissue head and neck for my migraines. It was our first session so I was pretty tight, but he did a great job working some kinks out. We have another appointment this week. Ladies, try this guy out!

You are the BEST, Period A little back story for anyone reading this, I had a pile up accident a couple years ago that left me dealing with constant back pain, neck pain and headaches. I refuse to be addicted to those crazy pills doctors love to push on you, so I turn to weekly massages and chiro visits. I travel for work, so I get a massage basically everywhere I go looking for relief. To say the least I've probably been to every single Spa in the Tampa Bay area looking for someone who really knows about chronic pain management massage therapy and I must say, hands down.. My usual lower back tightness was not felt the morning after tx. I have been concerned with tightness and weakness after minimal use in the lower back & my goal is to strengthen the core and that requires much lower back muscle integration. The therapy was thoroughly effective and I do enjoy the result. I asked for her recommendation on when to return for further treatment and thanked her for the follow up suggestions she offered. They were greatly appreciated.
