Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hello!
At this time, unfortunately, I am not accepting new clients for in-home therapy services. Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 variant cases it is my responsibility as a practitioner to keep myself, current clients and everyone safe.
However, if you'd like to schedule to come to my on-site location you may do so by contacting me @ 512-698-0746 via text so that we may collect your name & email along with a requested specific date & time to schedule your therapy session through our online healthcare portal.
Thank you again for considering Aligned Physiotherapy for your alternative healthcare.
Regards,
Melissa
