About
I go beyond talk therapy because you can't just think or talk your way out of your trauma or problems.
Whatever issues have you seeking help live in your body, your senses, patterns, gut, pelvic floor and fascia (the muscle memory). Actual change comes from an integrative and somatic processing experience that empowers you to feel safe to feel better.
My approach involves exploring the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and sexual energy of what makes us human. It is this technique that will allow you to have sustainable and lasting change.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free 10 minute phone consultation to determine if this is a great fit for you.
In person or over the phone/Zoom session for 1 hour to 90 minutes.
Compassion and understanding that gives you permission to be your most authentic self. Get out of your own way. You can go forward with clarity and empowerment, take action in building a life you love. Because you are worthy of that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2020, I did a TEDx talk on communication & boundaries. I am a Chaplin, a nondenominational spiritual counselor. I have worked in mental wellness coaching for 12 years. I see the way it all fits together, how you sleep, what you eat, exercise, mental & spiritual health, the whole package of life. I specialize in sexuality & ethical non-monogamy. I spent 3 years working in Hospice, so I am well verse in grief counseling. I’ve served on the board for Sex Positive Nashville & founded Intimacy Architecture. I’ve lectured in Las Vegas, Los Angeles & Nashville on consent & boundaries. My writing on the topic was featured in “The Consent Guidebook”.
How did you get started in this business?
When I was a life coach & yoga teacher, sexuality was the majority of the underlying issue in people’s lives, I decided to educate & equip myself to help them connect the pieces. I have personally been non-monogamous for decades, I am Queer & I’ve worked in BDSM clubs, studied Tantra so I’m well versed in alternative lifestyles. I know how hard it was coming out, finding tools & resources to support a lifestyle that wasn’t part of the standard social constructs, it was important of my to train myself to be of service to others finding their way.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with people who are facing self doubt, dealing with addiction & unhealthy patterns. I spent 3 years at Alive Hospice, aiding those in the grieving process & providing guidance for self care as a care giver. I assist both monogamous and non-monogamous couples, people processing after a divorce, those seeking to consciously uncouple, individuals exploring their sexual orientation. I have great success with natural aids for people with mental health challenges, those on the autism spectrum. I have been a guide to people overcoming abuse trauma, families navigating life changes, people dealing with life after illness or disability & those who are curious about alternative lifestyles.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are exploring alternative lifestyles then ideally you want someone who has experience & can understand the challenges. Overall whatever you need from counseling, you want someone who feels safer & easy to share, who listens & have the means to help you see & pit into action solutions.
