What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a lengthy initial consulation in order to understand all aspects of the case. I will identify the goals fpo teh client and the adverssary.Then I develop a strategy on how to achieve the goals, including managing the case and the other party, to maximize the outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the distinguished fellows of the RI Family Court Inn, the American Bar Association and ruglary attned ongoing legal eductaion.

No, the cost all depends onteh complexity of the case and the number of issue to be resolved. Genarally, my initla fee can range form a slow as $1,500.00 up to $5,000.00.
