About
I enjoy helping people with anxiety, depression, and management of PTSD/CPTSD symptoms. I have personal experience with dysfunctional family systems and PTSD and guiding people through recovery from dysfunctional family systems and the PTSD that results from them. I offer phone sessions, telehealth sessions, in-person, walk-and-talk, or equine-assisted therapy. Equine-assisted therapy combined with talk therapy is very powerful and healing.
I love helping people realize their trauma does not define who they are or what they can do with their life.
I have an MS in Psychology from Purdue University and a specialization in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. I am almost finished with a 2nd MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in addictions from Saint Joseph's University. I am also a certified Heart math coach.
I'm passionate about helping people recover from dysfunctional family systems and live their best life.
I enjoy combining equine therapy and play therapy for children.
I also offer ketamine-assisted therapy for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD if we determine talk therapy, equine therapy, or other methods just aren't working or aren't enough.
