Feeling the chaos and curious if there’s a path that can bring you more joy, purpose, and connection? Longing to add a splash of color to an increasingly gray and beige world? Using Integral Expressive Art and Drama Therapy as well as Jungian Shadow Work and Internal Family Systems, I offer a playful, existential, humanistic approach to counseling and coaching using the creative process. Accompanying you on a journey where your innate wisdom will ultimately be the guide. I hope our time together will lead us to a place where you feel aware and connected, true to your vision and values, in alignment with your highest self, and ready to apply creative energy to defining your presence in the world and creating more flow in your life. Some common themes with my clients include finding purpose, cultivating inner resources and resilience, building community and effecting social change, sparking or deepening creative practices, exploring and embracing identity, understanding and integrating neurodiversity, navigating major life transformations and end of life transitions, expanding empathy and repairing ruptured relationship, and amplifying self reflection and deeper inquiry. No matter how shy, blocked, or uncreative you feel we can work from there.
