Hello 👋 Let me make this short and sweet, Basically I did not know what to fully expect when I was walking into this but the end results have blown my mind (in a good way of course)! I am one of those people who are always looking for spiritual guidance and growth. I personally have a Soul Evolution Coach, aside from Zheni, and I also have had sessions with many hypnosis guides ranging from masters who make you quit nicotine, past life regressions, generational healing etc. However, Zheni is the first guide that I met who is a Master NLP hypnotist. It is, hands down, the best thing I have done for myself personally, and I am definitely going to book another session with her ASAP! She got into my subconscious mind and released limitations and beliefs instantly !!! I was still subconsciously holding onto trauma, which explains why I was facing so much resistance when I was trying to move forward with my life. She did not have me explain my trauma, instead she basically took me to the traumatic event in hypnosis and made me release all the negativity without going into too much detail which I thought was genius. Like I said, I am one of those people who have a lot of experience with these things and looking back no one has ever done what she did to me. It took all day and honestly, I feel like a completely brand new person just one week later! If you feel like you are stuck somewhere in your life and you need some kind of guidance or spiritual growth I highly highly recommend to pencil in a session on your calendar with Zheni! Quick tip: Doing a little bit of research into NLP and understanding the science behind it before your session would help. It truly is remarkable and the word “breakthrough” couldn’t describe it any better.
