About
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist specializing in the treatment of panic and other anxiety disorders. I work collaboratively with clients to help them make positive changes in their thinking and live more fulfilling lives.
I enjoy seeing how the small changes clients make in their thinking, usually after a short period of time, produces such big changes in their productivity and happiness.

How did you get started in this business?
I began my private practice approximately 10 years ago. I have a strong interest in helping people cope with anxiety disorders. I feel that panic and anxiety keep people from living optimally and enjoying their everyday experiences.
