Many clients seek our services due to symptoms of depression, anxiety or continued reaction to trauma. Additionally, we are able to help clients improve their relationships. Whether you come in alone, or as a couple, there's so much we can do to improve communication and regrow closeness.
There's so much reward in having couples "graduate" with a renewed sense of commitment and intimacy. We look forward to getting to know our couples and helping you form a stronger bond. As an individual adult coming to therapy to work on long-standing or newer problems, we notice positive changes each week as goals become closer to being achieved.

Potential new patients call the office after an internet search, or having been recommended by a doctor or a friend. We ask some questions to gather information and answer your questions. There's some paperwork to fill out online then your therapist calls you to schedule the appointment. You will typically have some time to introduce yourself and find out more about the process.
Our therapists are Clinical Social Workers and Mental health counselors. Some have training to work with couples or to use a particular therapy method, such as Gottman, psychodynamic or Cognitive Brhavioral therapy. We usually have just a few openings each week available for new patients. Check out our website and give us a call for more information.
We accept some health insurances. Call for the most up-to-date information. If you don't have health insurance, we offer fees of $85 for an individual session and $95 for a couple.
