What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our first session, I look to see if we are a right fit for each other. I have to know my clients want the same things I want for them, that way, it's a win win for both of us.
I want to find out about my couples story, style, and future projections for there lives. I find the pain points in a couples interactions to not only heal them, but to change perceptions, build broken and new bridges that foster the love and caring that should be present.
When I work with individuals, I look to see the areas for improvement, and I help the client create a systematic plan to produce results in those areas. I always keep in mind that the clients success is my own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Life Coach and Expert Relationship Coach (certified). I have also been an advice columnist, author, and speaker.

I have several programs for all budgets, but my most popular program is a guaranteed results, 8 week program called "Fresh Start." My hourly is $120 an hour.
How did you get started in this business?
I started life coaching in 2006, wrote a book, became an advice columnist and did speaking engagements for companies across the country. I slowly moved to a concentration in Relationships and in 2017, received my advanced certification in Relationship Coaching.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions, ask for video reviews! They are the best form of proof for results. Also ask if you can speak to a current or past client! If a pro is good, they will also offer some sort of guarantee of results.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they want! A lot of times couples don't actually consider what they want, just how they want their partner to change. Its also important you feel comfortable with the person and comfortable that you can be completely vulnerable and honest with them.
