Love YOU, has a heart for helping people connect with who they are. Many times people get lost in the realationship and forget to Love who they are first and then they can spark the relationship again. As we know, people have issues that will block them from moving forward to live their best life and stay focused on what's important. You are! The relationship will take care of it self when are takien care of. We help clients take control of their emotions, get back in touch with each other, and begin to regain the love and respect for each others world and time. This is done through encouragement, empowerment and engagement with all concerns. Putting the relationship in proper perspective we help with regaining better communion, over coming trust issues and addressing finances. Facing these three important truths the relationship can began to thrive again with passion!
I enjoy the opportunity to help others move to another level of functioning. We often get stuck in life and need some one to encourage us to move forward. LOVING you is usually the first thing to go when you are feeling at your lowest and depressed. I love giving others the empowerment of strength through knowledge of self.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with new clients they complete an assessment that helps me to understand their concerns and need for therapy. I explain the process of therapy so the client will have an understanding of therapy. If the client decides that my expertise is a match for their therapeutic needs I will explain the cost and the goals for the therapy termination process. The client will then set a schedule for therapy and complete intake paperwork process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a marriage and family therapy master's degree.
