About this pro

We have numerous counselors coming from a variety of backgrounds and possessing a well-rounded skillset including substance abuse, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, parenting, and more. We work with all individuals and specialize in trauma. Although not all clients that come to us have trauma issues.

We work with various populations but one of our specialties working with Police, Fire, EMA, Dispatchers, Corrections Officers, Child Protection Workers, Nurses...

It is rewarding to be an integral part of peoples' growth. The changes that happen within them start to manifest, as they move through the counseling process. I wish I could take a picture of them before and after. There is typically a noticeable difference in their body language and external appearance even as simple as looking signicantly less stressed. I believe 100% in the work myself and my clinical team do. Not only are we highly qualified and skilled, but we authentically care about people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A person calls our business number to initiate counseling services. Their insurance or payment method is determined. If insurance is available, eligibility is verified. Then the individual is assigned to a Counselor, and the Counselor calls the client to schedule their first appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I myself as the owner of the company possess 30+ years experience in the field of mental health. Collectively myself and my clinical team have a wide variety of skills set and knowledge including being trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Modification, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Family Therapy, Reiki energy healing, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and more. We work with presenting issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss, parenting, occupational issues, and life changes.
