With nearly 30 years experience, I've worked with individuals, couples, families and groups to help them to navigate the difficult stresses and emotions of life. We examine the thoughts and beliefs that limit freedom and happiness and practice skills to calm and uplift us. We also work on relationships issues and practice conflict resolution and communication skills.
I love working with people and helping them overcome painful past patterns and enjoy life in the present moment.
