About
Hi, I'm Erika Hernandez and I'm here to Help
I understand that difficult situations and traumatic events can cause one to struggle with many different emotions and can leave us feeling very alone. That's why I am here to help. With years of experience working with adults, couples, adolescents, and children who have experienced trauma, I understand the importance of the therapeutic relationship and the process of finding the treatment modality that works best for you.
I am passionate about therapy because I have seen the benefits of it! It brings me great joy to see my clients improve and find peace and healing in their life. That’s why I named my practice E H Counseling which stands for Empowering to Heal. I believe every person has the power to find the healing they deserve.
