What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you arrive you will have a seat in my waiting room, which I share with one other therapist. There is a water fountain in the waiting room, and a key to rest rooms in the corridor. You will be seen in a timely manner. First session will be devoted to my listening to you, getting to know each other, and answering any qestions you might have about my approach to helping you.
