My name is Alberta Harris
I am a certified mental health Counselor, certified Trauma therapy, and certified Coach. I specialize in helping people reduce anxiety, depression, and PTSD.
My job is to successfully navigate difficult life transitions. I have dual Master's degree in Clinical mental health and masters of Science in Mental Health and wellness with emphasis in family dynamics, BA in psychology with emphasis in child Psychology. Presently, pursuing my doctoral studies in general psychology.
I have over six years of experience in Clinical mental health and teaching. I been helping families identify, understand and resolve conflicts, working toward functional relationships and embrace healthy, balance within the family role. The multiple aspects of human nature, including behavioral, mental, spiritual, interpersonal and cognitive aspects. focuses intensely on family dynamics, Traumatic events, including the practical applications of theories to promote health and wellness within the family system, examine the family life cycle, development of individuals within families and transitions between family life cycle and stages. Applied cognitive, moral and psychosocial developmental theories pertaining to family dynamics, Evidence-based practices to promote character development and positive behaviors, common mental health disorders treatments and supportive services.

My pricing system is, fees- for- service and my price is $50.00 per sessions for those experincing financial hardship, at this time due to COVID-19.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked three years as an ABA therapy, doing assessment, intervention and implementing behavioral plan. I also took the time to return to school and completed my Masters degree.
