What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I would like a brief phone call, introducing myself and allowing the client the opportunity to ask questions about my credentials, experience, or service. Hopefully, we are able to set up an intake appointment, lasting about 50min. This appointment can be on FaceTime, Skype, or in person, after the quarantine.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my career , 40 years ago in healthcare (RN). Since then, I have earned a masters degree in counseling psychology, a Doctorate in community counseling and am licensed as a marriage and family therapist. I have advanced certificates in grief counseling, parenting, mediation and have frequently work with depression, anxiety and personality disorders. I have received awards from the state of NJ for my work in the community, especially with woman and families. I continue to teach and work with the Displaced Homemaker Program in Burlington County.
