I began working with my lifecoach, Linda Vidi , through Complete Life Coaching about 1 1/2 years ago. At the time, I was suffering with severe depression and anxiety, and felt very much at the end of my rope. I obtained her contact information through a friend who had also received tremendous help working with Linda, sent a direct message, and received a message back that same day. The next day we spoke on the phone and set up a consultation, and from that point forward I became a very grateful and satisfied client. My life has been entirely changed through the work im doing with Linda, as Im being taught methods and given tools to recognize and address my issues with anxiety, depression and PTSD. My lifecoach is available to me during sessions, via text messaging and phone calls. Very affordable and accessible. Ive fluctuated between seeing her ever week, and every other week. Making appointments is quite convenient.
In the last 6 months, my husband and I began marriage counseling, also with Linda. Transitioning back and forth between individual sessions, and marital sessions has been remarkably smooth.
