Dealing with anxiety and stress, I found the Oakdale Hypnosis Center on Google. My initial meeting with Helena was a free consultation with introduction to hypnosis and relaxation therapy. In the course of my very first session, I found myself totally relaxed, just like floating way out in space, very comfortably. Helena taught me self-hypnosis in only 3 sessions and I have been practicing it at least 5 times a week ever since. I sure do miss her company which I loved! However, my interactions with family and friends have so much improved and I feel like a new person.
