Dona Patterson, Executive Director, founded Family Outreach & Counseling Center in 1982. As a licensed therapist she has over 30 years experience in the following areas:

We provide customized comprehensive, culturally sensitive services for families and individuals living in Mecklenburg county and surrounding areas.
The goal of FOCC is to provide the highest quality of service for individuals and families while embracing the concept of inclusiveness. We render culturally competent services and interventions, that are clinically viable for consumers and their families, as we assist them in their efforts of rebuilding hope and faith.
